Description
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk role • Responsible for invoicing, payments, reconciliations, expense tracking, and accounting duties • Communication with cross-department personnel • AR collections, internal invoicing, and classifications • Other ad hoc accounting duties • Reporting to Finance Manager
Requirements
• 6 months - 1+ year of professional experience • Post Secondary education is desirable • Accounting courses are desirable • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications • Experience/knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset
