📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, working closely with customers to grow regional revenue and expand engagement across different products and services. • Lead new business activity, building a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking and well-targeted engagement. • Build strong, visible relationships, spending time with customers face to face, delivering presentations and discussing needs. • Use market insight and customer feedback to shape approach and identify new opportunities for growth. • Oversee the onboarding of new centres, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. • Lead recognition renewals to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue. • Keep accurate records on CRM systems and maintain a clear view of the pipeline. • Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, industry and digital teams to help deliver regional strategies and campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record of managing and growing key accounts within the education/skills sector • Clear experience of achieving revenue targets and expanding market share. • Experience of generating new business through outreach, networking and delivering presentations. • Confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders, including colleges, training providers, and employers. • Comfortable engaging face to face. • Strong communication skills are essential. • Ability to present information clearly and persuasively. • Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities. • Good eye for detail when it comes to CRM usage and reporting. • Practical, solutions-focused approach and ability to respond to challenges as they arise.
