📋 Description

• - As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in expanding our business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. • - You will develop and execute market entry strategies, identify growth opportunities, and build strong partnerships with local and international customers. • - You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiations to closing contracts—while ensuring long-term account success. • - In addition, you will oversee the performance of existing products, optimize their positioning, and drive new business opportunities. • - Working independently, you bring a strong hunter mentality and represent our company at industry events and conferences. • - In a fast-paced environment, you actively contribute to the growth of our payment solutions across the region.

🎯 Requirements

• - **Education:** You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable commercial background. • - **Professional experience:** 3–5 years of proven success in Key Account Management or Business Development, ideally in fast-paced environments. • - **Industry expertise:** Experience in payment, prepaid, retail or digital business models is a strong advantage. • - **Commercial mindset:** Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a clear focus on revenue growth and opportunity identification. • - **Sales & negotiation skills:** Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals and building long-term partnerships. • - **Ways of working:** Self-driven, target-oriented and highly independent with a strong hunter mentality. Fluent in English, Czech and Slovak (German is a plus) and willing to travel across Czechia & Slovakia.
