Description

• Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified new business meetings/opportunities • Achieve quarterly and annual new business meetings/opportunity targets • Manage business development activity in Espresa's CRM system • Report out on meeting activity and outreach strategies • Maintain contact with potential clients through follow-up communications • Stay informed about market trends and competitive products • Aggressively pursue new business opportunities

Requirements

• Industry knowledge and experience developing meetings/opportunities with midsized and large employer accounts • Ability to convey ideas, expectations, and information effectively and clearly • Exceptional communication skills to articulate product vision and establish credibility • Capable of operating independently and prioritizing tasks within tight deadlines • Ability to flourish in fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment • Unwavering commitment to ensure meeting and exceeding targets • Inspiring and motivating, fostering culture that maximizes passion and potential of employees
