📋 Description

• Manage and expand strategic relationships with clients while driving the development and delivery of strategic consulting and projects. • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships. • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities to proactively identify opportunities for support and growth. • Translate market, healthcare system, and stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, responsiveness, and project oversight. • Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of execution and client service. • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of client projects. • Foster effective collaboration and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including strategists, medical experts, consultants, analysts, communication specialists, and external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Required Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing or a similar • 3–5 years of experience in account management roles. • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, healthcare innovation, and industry dynamics. • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, timeline management, risk mitigation, and quality control. • Strong business acumen and experience identifying opportunities, supporting commercial initiatives, and contributing to revenue objectives. • Experience developing client proposals, project scopes, statements of work, and commercial recommendations. • Experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, and resource allocation. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to develop executive presentations and client-ready deliverables. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. • High level of autonomy, accountability, and results orientation. • Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
