📋 Description

• Source high-quality talent from internal and external sources • Review active applicants on open requisitions and analyze recruiting data within defined service level agreements • Use basic sourcing strategies and tools to source and develop qualified contractor and/or full-time talent • Present qualified talent to Talent Attraction Recruiters after identification and minimal screening • Collaborate with the Lead TA Recruiter and TA recruiting team to establish candidate pipelines • Provide market intelligence and drive recruitment analytics usage to increase speed to market • Leverage job boards and sourcing tools to identify and shortlist qualified candidates • Manage internal referrals as the first line of review and forward qualified candidates to the appropriate Talent Attraction Lead • Oversee the rehire eligibility process and coordinate with the internal team • Use market intelligence tools to provide insights on talent trends, competitor activities, and industry standards • Manage external job postings on job boards and social media • Deliver sourced candidate profiles to the Talent Attraction team within 24–48-hour SLAs • Maintain professional candidate communication, including dispositioning candidates when necessary • Leverage AI tools and technologies for candidate sourcing, screening, and matching

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting or recruiting related role with an aptitude for understanding IT and technology related roles • Fluency in English, verbally and written • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • Aptitude with networking and use of social media to further drive candidate pipelines • Creative ideas and suggestions on how to improve internal client engagement, communications, operations, and execution of the active applicant process • Strong interpersonal skills coupled with organizational awareness and an understanding of how to manage sensitive relationships • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, autonomously, and remotely, without day-to-day oversight • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment • Tenacity in follow up with internal clients to ensure task assignments are completed in a timely manner • Proficient in MS Office Suite • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus • Willingness to learn AI-driven tools and platforms • Experience working with remote teams and managing candidates across different time zones • Ability to assess local talent pools and networks to source high-quality candidates
