📋 Description

• This is the right time: build with purpose and long-term prospects. • For you, it’s a rare opportunity: be among the first, have a direct impact on the growth of the French market, and progress quickly. • You will be at the heart of expanding this market. • Plan and execute field marketing activities: events, trade shows, partner activations and regional campaigns. • Design and manage performance campaigns (paid social, paid search, retargeting) to generate qualified leads. • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing actions with revenue objectives. • Monitor, analyze and optimize performance across all channels. • Develop and manage relationships with local partners, agencies and event organizers.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation or a similar B2B marketing role. • Proven track record of performance campaigns with measurable impact on the pipeline. • Strong understanding of marketing/sales alignment to drive growth — you think in funnels, not just in campaigns. • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or equivalents. • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and campaigns in parallel. • Operational profile: comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on field execution. • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to represent Eye-Able externally. • French and professional-level English — additional languages are a plus.
