• More than 3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation or a similar B2B marketing role. • Proven track record of performance campaigns with measurable impact on the pipeline. • Strong understanding of marketing/sales alignment to drive growth — you think in funnels, not just in campaigns. • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or equivalents. • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and campaigns in parallel. • Operational profile: comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on field execution. • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to represent Eye-Able externally. • French and professional-level English — additional languages are a plus.
