• Provide high-level administrative support to executives • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements • Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other documents • Organize and maintain executive files and records • Monitor and manage executive expenses and budgets • Plan and coordinate executive events, meetings, and conferences • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant or similar, preferably supporting C-level executives • Proven ability in managing calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements • Experience coordinating executive communications with professionalism and confidentiality • Strong research and analytical skills for effective decision-making support • Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with precise drafting and editing abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software • Proficient in basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred • Familiarity or experience working with AI tools is a plus • Proven experience in a supportive role, preferably as an executive assistant or in a similar capacity
