• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. • Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, and partnership management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset with customer support experience. • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Wordpress and SEO tools preferred. Nice-to-haves • Experience with AI support tools or customer support platforms. • Previous experience in front-end development. • Knowledge of SEO tools. • Experience working in a technical or software-related industry.
