Description

• Develop engaging and informative content for blog, website, and marketing materials. • Utilize AI support tools to enhance customer support efficiency. • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and partnership opportunities. • Collaborate with other professionals to establish and maintain partnerships. • Utilize Wordpress and SEO tools to optimize website content. • Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility. • Provide empathetic and efficient customer support via various channels. • Resolve technical issues on front-end using basic HTML/CSS/JS and escalate as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. • Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, and partnership management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Empathetic and customer-oriented mindset with customer support experience. • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Wordpress and SEO tools preferred. Nice-to-haves • Experience with AI support tools or customer support platforms. • Previous experience in front-end development. • Knowledge of SEO tools. • Experience working in a technical or software-related industry.
