• Responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer care. • Respond to customer emails and chat using Zendesk, keeping up-to-date on macros and processes. • Answer customer inquiries through chat and email with accuracy and efficiency. • Empathize with customers and prioritize needs. • Engage customers to a resolution they understand and can simulate post-contact. • Take ownership of challenging customer issues by following through to resolution and escalating when necessary. • Document activities in the system and tools as directed by current action plans.
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply. • Previous customer service experience in BPO or call center industry. • Proficient in Japanese and English (N1 / N2 level). • Proficient with computers and software applications. • Experience with Zendesk and other messaging platforms is a plus.
