📋 Description

• Assist clients with onboarding their data onto LeaseQuery and FinQuery Contract Management (FCM) • Serve as the technical resource to onboard clients into FCM • Handle Professional Service requests across LeaseQuery and FCM • Consult with CFOs, Controllers, and accounting staff on accounting standards and contract management protocols • Review lease and contract documents and ensure accurate data entry • Assist clients with data procurement and upload data when complete • Reconcile account balances, including prepaids and accruals, and advise on adjustments • Provide product expertise in Journal Entries, Reporting, and Data Entry • Train customers on LeaseQuery and FCM • Communicate across teams and customers to ensure timely delivery of complex financial projects • Conduct business in accordance with FinQuery policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of the lease accounting guidelines (ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87, and GASB 96) • Understanding of contract lifecycle management concepts and the accounting treatment for prepaids and accruals • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities and work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced customer service skills • Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office, and G-Suite • 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience • 1-3 years of combined experience in accounting/finance AND customer-facing/client service roles
