Requirements

• Deep experience in Performance Marketing within an agency or in-house • Successful people manager • Ability to lead, develop, and grow a team • Ability to motivate, engage, and retain employees • Ability to develop and implement new processes and structures • Highly skilled in developing and optimizing paid campaigns across social platforms • Deep understanding of the interconnected relationship between creative, performance, and budget requirements • Ability to prioritize, manage, and delegate multiple campaigns • Collaborative and effective communicator • Solutions-oriented • Collaborative relationship builder • 10+ years of relevant experience preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
