• Outbound into Enterprise Accounts. • Qualify inbound leads to generate quality meetings with all levels of employees. • Build account plans with your Account Executive. • Organize, log activity, and categorize sales lead information into our CRM, as well as utilize other prospecting tools. • Be able to articulate and sell Fivetran’s value to prospects and how we can support their business goals. • Adhere to your inbound and outbound KPIs as well as being comfortable balancing your time & competing priorities. • As part of our commitment to setting new hires up for success, all new sales team members attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran. This bootcamp, held at one of our designated company locations, requires travel and is a mandatory part of the onboarding process.
• Experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses, with a track record of high performance. • Confident qualifying inbound/outbound leads. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly curious and interested in solving our customer's problems. • Able to convey technical principles in a way that is easy to understand. • Comfortable with daily, weekly and monthly calls, email and meeting targets. • Intrinsically motivated person with a 'get stuck in' attitude. • Fluency in German.
