Description

• You'll be hands on with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, SEM, Affiliate and CRM (email & Text) and create indepth growth strategies for each • Plan the 2024 Q3 & Q4 Marketing calendar to reach agreed company objectives - including campaigns, activations, partnerships and collaborations, media planning, and social media growth • Analyse the existing funnels and set a strategy to better site conversion by 50% • Create a list of ideal affiliate partnerships and concepts to help grow affiliate conversion by 110%, whilst strengthening existing deals and their content options • Analyse current CRM flows and propose, create and strengthen the retention plan for better conversion by 2025

Requirements

• Solid understanding of core growth KPIs such as: CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC ROAS • Experience with creating, testing and reporting across strategies, creative and landing pages • Digital expert, super creative and global in your outlook. UK & US market experience desirable • Master of clear communication - written and verbal • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a complex, rapidly evolving business • Extremely data driven and proficient with Google Sheet/Excel formulas • Comfortable with Content Management Systems of all types and can create anything from landing pages to email templates without concern • Ideally experienced with Rakuten, Emarsys and Meta Ads
