• Lead effort in promoting end-to-end platform solutions • Ensure successful adoption and value realization for customers • Work alongside Go-to-Market and Product teams to unify customer experience • Own relationships with enterprise customers • Manage portfolio of enterprise customers • Serve as an expert and trusted advisor • Understand business needs and recommend solutions • Ensure successful onboarding and measure success with timely product launches • Champion customers and organize feedback • Problem-solve complex business challenges • Contribute to organization-wide initiatives • Share best practices with customers • Experience with blockchain or compliance in Web3 space

Requirements

• +5 years managing customers in an enterprise SaaS business • Experience with managing enterprise customers and stakeholders • Advanced understanding of software and game development • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Consistently meet timelines and operate with urgency • High-growth or early-stage startup experience • Bonus if experience with blockchain technology, developer platforms, game design, token economics • Ability to gain buy-in and influence change • Experience with enterprise partnerships or business development • Educational background and/or degrees in STEM
