📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready SuiteScripts to automate business processes • Customize NetSuite forms, fields, subtabs, and custom records • Configure multi-level, role-based approval workflows with status transitions and automated email notifications • Manage code and configuration migrations across environments using SDF and sandbox accounts • Design Advanced PDF/HTML templates and custom email templates for multi-subsidiary invoices, statements, and forms • Develop and automate recurring, standard/custom, and usage-based billing workflows • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NetSuite payment instruments and payment/EFT gateway integrations • Investigate production payment failures, gateway declines, and validation errors • Own EFT Payment SuiteApp setup, bank formats, payment files, entity details, and PFA error resolution • Develop, configure, and deploy bi-directional Salesforce CRM–NetSuite integrations using Celigo • Monitor integration flows, map data fields, write transformation rules, and debug synchronization errors • Own and resolve daily technical support tickets involving script failures, workflow bottlenecks, and transaction processing issues • Maintain technical configurations supporting purchasing, vendor approvals, and automated 3-way matching • Execute clean data modifications via mass CSV imports and use validation rules to minimize data entry errors

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development experience within a SaaS or recurring revenue business model • Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.x and native SuiteFlow • Direct experience developing and deploying Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations via Celigo (Integrator.io) • Hands-on experience with the NetSuite EFT Payment SuiteApp and merchant payment gateways • Builder mindset with technical execution, clean documentation, unit testing, and direct ownership of system operations • NetSuite Certified Financial Associate, BI and Reporting Associate, or Administrator certification preferred
