📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all unowned partners, handling inbound questions about accounts, referral status, program mechanics, and the Intelligems product • Run signal-based outreach to partners regarding new clients, account overlaps, referral eligibility, spiff programs, and product updates • Manage the written partner relationship end to end through email and Slack • Build and maintain enablement assets such as email templates, FAQs, and quick-reference guides • Identify activated or high-potential partners and escalate them to the appropriate partner manager • Maintain accurate partner records, contact associations, and deal attribution in HubSpot • Manage partner-program onboarding logistics across the partner portal, Slack, and other tools • Review partner applications and referrals for program fit and eligibility and handle approval workflows • Aggregate digital-interaction insights to inform roadmap and process improvements • Collaborate with Sales and CS on handoffs for active prospects referred by long-tail partners

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written communication skills; able to manage relationships entirely over email and Slack • Organized and detail-oriented, especially with CRM data • Proactive and able to handle issues independently • Process-oriented, with an inclination to templatize, automate, and scale repetitive work • Comfortable working with HubSpot, Slack, Pylon, and Euler • Interest in SaaS or the Shopify/e-commerce ecosystem is a plus
