📋 Description

• Support customers via Intercom through written communication that is friendly and solution-oriented. • Document inquiries in Linear and work closely with the Product and Engineering teams. • Test new features. • Actively improve the Knowledge Base and AI features. • Share customer support feedback with the team. • Contribute your own ideas and work independently.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, ideally in a digital environment (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, or IT support). • Fluency in German and proficiency in English for communication with the international Engineering team. • Strong technical understanding and an openness to learning new tools. • A solution-first, courteous, and solution-oriented approach to work. • Reliable, structured, and independent working style in a home-office environment. • Nice to have: Experience with marketing tools or landing page/funnel builders. • Nice to have: Familiarity with SEO and performance marketing, such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
