📋 Description

• Daily collaboration with the Print Development, Artwork Production and Quality Control teams • Support and advise customers on ongoing print and packaging projects • Process and manage orders using SAP and internal systems • Maintain customer data and projects within the Product Lifecycle Management system • Monitor project progress and proactively communicate with customers • Respond to inquiries by phone and email • Interpret reports and initiate appropriate actions • Prepare certificates, reports and invoices • Support administrative processes and credit-control activities • Coordinate sample shipments and dispatch activities • Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, account coordination or a comparable role • Knowledge of the printing or packaging industry—ideally in corrugated packaging and/or flexographic printing • Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems • Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact • Ability to explain technical information clearly and understandably • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities independently • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken • Team player with a positive, solution-oriented working style
