📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries independently and end-to-end, and find quick, sustainable solutions for more complex cases • Manage topics related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments and loyalty programs • Identify recurring issues and work with product teams to develop sustainable process improvements • Support the further development of AI-powered customer service • Analyze recurring inquiries and identify automation opportunities • Continuously optimize the Chatbot Buddy, self-service offerings and the knowledge base • Collaborate closely with merchants, partners and internal teams to ensure reliable solutions for customer issues

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in customer service or customer care, ideally in e-commerce, platform or marketplace environments • Experience with ticketing or CRM systems • Ability to resolve complex customer cases independently • Good process understanding and ability to perform root cause analysis • Interest in AI, automation and digital service processes • Strong service orientation, empathy and communication skills • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style • Very good German and good English language skills • Nice to have: Experience with chatbots, conversational AI or AI-powered service tools • Nice to have: Knowledge of fulfillment, returns, payments or loyalty • Nice to have: Experience with service KPIs, reports or dashboards • Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce or retail
