📋 Description

• You are responsible for the sales and long-term commercial success of Fuxam's software solutions in Germany. • You independently identify potential new customers, analyze their needs, and position tailored SaaS solutions. • You build reliable relationships with universities, vocational schools, academies, language schools and partners — in person, by phone and in writing. • You represent Fuxam at events and trade shows and deliver persuasive professional product presentations. • You manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing, including proposal preparation and negotiation. • Together with Customer Success you strategically develop existing customers and identify upselling, add-on and cross-selling opportunities. • You maintain and organize all relevant customer and sales data in the CRM system (HubSpot).

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification (alternatively: relevant experience in the education sector). • Professional sales experience, ideally in the B2B/B2G enterprise SaaS environment. • An existing network in the EdTech or education sector is a strong plus. • Strong presentation and communication skills and a confident presence at decision-maker level. • Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills with proven sales successes. • Experience using CRM tools and data-driven sales management. • High self-motivation, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for taking responsibility for your own region. • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
