Description

• Responsible for the experience design of platform products across all ends • Clear definition of design goals based on understanding of product and business logic • Independently complete the entire design process, including user research, data analysis, information architecture, interaction flow construction, high-fidelity design output, and close collaboration with development • Rich design experience, able to complete complex product or project design work with attention to detail and good understanding of product data metrics • Good self-drive and learning abilities, adapts quickly in changing environments with innovative solutions • Strong communication and collaboration skills, proficient in project communication and driving implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in art and design-related majors, with more than 3 years of UX design work experience • Passion for work, high work efficiency, attention to detail, able to persist in design under a certain level of pressure • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, and other common design software, familiar with design specifications of mainstream operating platforms such as iOS, Android, Web • Good English language skills, preference for those with overseas study or project experience
