📋 Description

• Scheduled maintenance, servicing, and repair of large medical systems in accordance with technical documentation, modification instructions, and applicable quality standards • Support of radiopharmacy systems such as cyclotrons and, depending on suitability and qualification, additional modalities such as computed tomography and surgical systems • Independently diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site at customer locations in a solution-oriented manner • Provide remote diagnostic support as a Regional Online Engineer • Independently install and uninstall medical systems or optional assemblies in coordination with project management • Plan, prioritize, and execute service calls with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and patient safety • Complete administrative tasks on time, including daily service reports, weekly timesheets, maintenance logs, and other documentation • Participate in technical training and continuing education, including international courses

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, medical technology, or mechatronics, or equivalent education, degree, or comparable professional experience • Ideally certified as an electrical specialist (Elektrofachkraft) • Radiation protection competence according to Section 6.4 of the German Radiation Protection Ordinance (Fachkunde 6.4) • Strong interest and enthusiasm for hands-on technical challenges in medical imaging • Technical-analytical skills, structured working approach, and strong problem-solving ability • Independent, reliable, and responsible working style • High quality awareness and confident handling of safety- and patient-related service processes • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and professional demeanor • Willingness to travel regularly • Valid driver's license (car) • Very good German and good English language skills • Good MS Office and PC skills
