• Collaborate on the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code principles • Develop and maintain local tooling for development and observability tools • Active participation in on-call rotation and contributing to on-call experience enhancement • Build and maintain a cutting-edge product to support small businesses

Requirements

• 6+ years experience providing systems support in a cloud environment, preferably AWS • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in high-pressure situations • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform • Experience optimizing continuous deployment performance • Ability to manage multiple projects and incidents simultaneously • Proficiency in programming languages like Ruby, Python, or Bash • Passion for learning, reliability, automation, and continuous improvement • Strong commitment to problem-solving and technology interest • Experience supporting Ruby on Rails, GQL, and React applications in production • Appreciation for memes
