• Sales Coach/Trainer • Permanent position • Location: North America or LATAM • Start: ASAP • Highly skilled sales training professional • Proven high-performing sales professional • Passionate about helping others master their craft • Understanding of target growth segments, products, and processes • Ability to establish rapport with new hires and experienced reps • Distinct abilities in coaching and training • Creating engaging and stimulating training content • Building and sustaining a culture of learning and development

Requirements

• 7+ years relevant work experience in a SaaS environment • Proven commercial sales and customer-facing experience • Coaching experience working with sales reps and/or managers • Proven experience as a trainer • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Driven, self-starting team player • Strong negotiation, assertiveness, and influencing skills • Proven track record of improving sales or service performance • Business level Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills (a plus) • Formal coaching qualification (nice to have)
