📋 Description

• Own profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts • Manage service agreements and time-and-material programs • Assist sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner • Interact with customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams • Act as liaison between internal organizations and customers • Lead contract administration and management, including Terms & Conditions oversight and proactive claims management • Lead risk modeling, contract estimating, and financial planning for tenders and active project reviews • Drive operational excellence and set strategic priorities for the team • Shape best practices and improve functional effectiveness • Analyze service data, resolve operational problems, and lead projects from inception to completion

🎯 Requirements

• Higher degree in Electrical Engineering or similar • Experience in Services & Customer Contract Management • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Solid technical understanding of HVDC systems • Ability to analyze complex service data, resolve operational problems, and lead projects from inception to completion • Ability to document, plan, and market service programs effectively • Solid project management skills, including management of risks and resource requirements • Openness to business trips (30%)
