• GHJ Search and Staffing serves as the recruitment division of GHJ, a national accounting and advisory firm • Provides Accounting and Finance professionals on a temporary and permanent basis for various industries • Partnered with a leading Private Equity Firm in the Food and Agriculture sector • Seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to optimize financial performance • Responsibilities include oversight of books & records, financial reporting, audit oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and managing foreign currencies • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, proven CFO experience, and knowledge of private equity investment principles • Salary range $200,000 - $250,000 a year

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, preferably within the Private Equity industry • Strong understanding of private equity investment principles and practices • Domestic and International experience required
