• Help build a world-class product marketing function • Play a pivotal role in shaping product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies • Lead a team of product marketers • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful launch and growth of products • Own success of product launch, activation, and adoption • Drive product growth through market analysis and customer feedback • Lead a high-performing product marketing team • Monitor, track, and report on product marketing metrics

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant, demonstrable experience in product marketing, including 4+ years as a team leader • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing • Experience with CRM platforms, open-source CMS, project management tools, A/B testing, analytics, and measuring platforms • MBA or MS in marketing or business is a plus • Hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus • Certification(s) in product or customer marketing is a plus • Experience working in non-profit, faith-based, or SaaS organizations is a plus
