📋 Description

• Conduct market and prospect research to identify new business opportunities • Perform outreach to target customers via email and phone • Coordinate and triage inbound and outbound sales calls • Support proposal creation, quoting, and lead follow-ups • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities in the CRM • Nurture and maintain long-term client relationships • Track communication and follow-ups • Collaborate with internal teams to align project details and client expectations • Support account management with reporting and updates • Maintain accurate CRM and contact database records • Collect and organize data for business development and marketing efforts • Prepare summaries and activity reports for internal and client-facing use • Support special projects related to business growth and process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account coordination • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Confident speaking on the phone and via virtual meetings • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel • Hands-on experience using a CRM platform required or a strong advantage • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and consistently meet goals • Available to work AU Business Hours (AEST/AEDT) • Own laptop/computer running anti-virus software 24/7 • Secure, high-speed internet • Experience supporting Australia-based or B2B clients is a bonus • Familiarity with sales automation tools and database management is a bonus • Background in construction, infrastructure, or technical services is a bonus
