Description

• Lead capture and prospecting • Search accounts, identify main points of contact, and generate interest • Prospect new deals and open the market for Account Executives • Contact potential clients through calls and emails • Communicate value proposition to potential customers • Proactively seek new business opportunities • Set up meetings or calls between clients and Account Executives • Provide feedback on effectiveness of outbound campaigns • Create and maintain a database of contacts • Engage with prospects to build trusted relationships • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts • Review customer journey and provide consultative support • Facilitate interaction and workflow between team members • Collaborate on client meetings and prepare necessary documentation • Develop customer references and case studies

Requirements

• Full English proficiency • 2+ years as SDR, preferably in SaaS or technology services • Background in communications, marketing, account management, or customer success • Experience selling digital marketing products • Experience selling to the US market • Desire to be in technology sales • Goal-oriented and problem-solving mindset • Professional communication skills • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively • Strong communication, planning, and project management skills • Comfortable working across departments • Team player, self-starter, and multitasker
