Description

• Understand project requirements and translate them into creative concepts • Utilize various techniques, including sketches, CAD, and 3D models, to visualize design ideas • Develop final design solutions for expanding our existing product collections • Pitch creative ideas for new products, considering market trends and customer needs • Collaborate with team members to launch new product lines • Work closely with our sales teams to develop commercially viable products • Utilize CAD software to produce final drawings for vendors and product specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, for example: industrial design, interior design, art, product design, furniture design, lighting design, or architecture • 7+ years of professional design experience beyond school • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening • Experience manipulating vector files within a CAD software environment required • College degree in industrial design, interior design, architecture, or a related field • Prior experience working with Asian manufacturers and working knowledge of their customs and cultural differences preferred
