📋 Description

• Review resumes and help identify qualified candidates for open roles • Conduct initial screens for select roles with support and guidance from the TA Partner • Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams • Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse • Support candidate communication throughout the hiring process • Prepare interview materials, candidate summaries, and recruiting updates • Track scorecards, follow-ups, and next steps to keep searches moving • Assist with job postings, sourcing projects, and candidate pipeline management • Support offer and onboarding coordination once candidates are selected • Maintain a positive, timely, and organized candidate experience • Support global hiring coordination through Remote/EOR processes as needed • Own scheduling coordination for assigned roles within the first 90 days • Keep Greenhouse stages, notes, and candidate statuses updated • Conduct basic candidate screens with clear notes and recommendations • Improve candidate response times and follow-up consistency • Keep hiring managers informed on candidate pipeline status

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, people operations, coordination, customer service, or administrative support • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and strong follow-through • Comfort speaking with candidates over video or phone • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong organization skills and comfort working in systems • Curiosity about recruiting, talent, and people operations • Ability to understand role requirements across agency and marketing functions and translate them into clear candidate screening notes • Must live in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Peru • Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly, ChatGPT, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools is a plus • Experience supporting U.S. recruiting or global hiring is a plus • Experience in advertising, marketing, media, agency, or client services environments strongly preferred • Familiarity with roles across paid social, paid search, programmatic, retail media, analytics, account/client management, sales, or marketing operations is a plus
