• Own and lead some of our most valuable and strategic partnerships • Lead all executive-level partner management • Manage complex programs, establish and run partnership governance, and develop new initiatives to achieve shared goals and revenue objectives • Play a pivotal role in expanding the company's network, enhancing its offerings, and driving revenue growth through collaborative initiatives • Develop comprehensive partnership strategies with Tier 1, e-commerce partners using excellent business judgment and planning • Engage with partners to understand opportunities for operational improvement, and liaise with our product team to bring those improvements to life • Collaborate with senior management to define partnership objectives aligned with overall business goals • Develop comprehensive partnership strategies to drive business growth and enhance the company's market position
• 12+ years of work experience in strategic partnerships, account management, or business development in e-commerce platforms or fulfillment /software/SaaS industry • Experience hiring, managing, and retaining a highly functional partner management team • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders through account management, product management, program management, and business development engagements • Possess strong relationship-building skills and apt to see mutually beneficial opportunities with partners in order to best represent our users, products, and programs • Technically oriented and understand APIs • Entrepreneurial with a strong ownership mindset • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
