Description
• Serve as a Systems Engineer on the Infrastructure Engineering team at Granicus • Support and maintain infrastructure hardware, software, and critical systems with a focus on security, availability, and scalability • Act as a point of escalation for other Linux Systems Engineers • Implement and automate repeatable tasks • Triage and troubleshoot efficiently during production incidents • Install new software/firmware releases and hardware/software upgrades • Ensure system resources and assets are logged and monitored
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Linux system administration • 3+ years of scripting and automating repeatable tasks using Bash, Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, PowerShell • Specific technical experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 and/or FedRAMP • Experience with DNS administration • Experience working in a large enterprise environment • Familiarity with Linux distributions, SSL certificates, and DNS management • Passionate about technology and keeps abreast of technical developments • Self-starter capable of identifying and implementing solutions
