• As a Solutions Engineer at Graylog, you will promote solutions to new and existing clients • Deliver technical sales presentations and product demonstrations • Cover and support accounts throughout the US mid-market • Assist in designing, planning, and implementing Graylog into customer environments • Present at trade shows and seminars, oversee internal demonstration facilities • Act as the voice of the customer to drive future enhancements to Graylog • Help in researching and developing new products
• 1+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solution consulting, or equivalent • Building, supporting, and selling security solutions experience preferred • Ability to highlight Graylog product differentiators in the market • Experience with log management/SIEM platforms is advantageous • Presenting security solutions at trade shows and conferences • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%
