• Development and implementation of a well-considered partner strategy for the DACH region, including identifying, acquiring and onboarding new partners. • Building and continuously developing long-term, trust-based relationships with existing partners. • Supporting partners in business development, pipeline generation and market development with the aim of sustainable revenue growth. • Planning and executing joint business plans, regular partner reviews, and defining and tracking clear goals and KPIs. • Enabling partners through training, workshops, sales and marketing support in close collaboration with presales, marketing, sales operations and other internal teams. • Managing and coordinating sales opportunities together with partners — from lead generation to successful close. • Representing the company at partner events, trade shows and industry conferences.
• At least three years of experience in partner management at a vendor/manufacturer — ideally in the IT or security space. • Experience in building and developing channel partners, resellers or system integrators. • Confident handling of complex, solution-selling products (e.g., software, cloud or hybrid solutions). • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution skills and a structured way of working. • Experience with modern CRM and sales tools, as well as partner-focused go-to-market strategies. • Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven negotiation skills at executive level. • A university degree or equivalent qualification, plus a commitment to continuous professional development. • Very good written and spoken German and confident English skills for international collaboration. • Willingness to travel within the DACH region for partner meetings and events.
