Description

• Delivering comprehensive HR services and acting as a strategic business partner to clients • Managing client activities to create and develop strong business relationships, retain clients, ensure quality service, and increase revenue • Unique role with varied activities for 3-7 clients • Tasks include auditing HR, payroll, benefits; assisting with client recruiting; administering benefit plans; employee relations; HR administration; policy and procedure implementation; employee performance management; investigations and conflict resolutions; compliance support; training and development initiatives; collaboration with cross-functional teams • Mission to revolutionize human resources for businesses of all sizes • Support organizational goals and initiatives • Embrace and champion the GritHR values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, HR Specialist preferred • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the United States • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Acts as a team player and champion of the GritHR values • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus • Stays abreast of changes in employment law and HR trends

Benefits

• Salary: $48k - $58k/year base + quarterly revenue share; total on target compensation range in first year = $56k - $65k • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Paid time off plus 12 paid holidays • 100% Remote Position
