Description

• Lead, mentor, and coach a Managed sales team of 30+ sellers • Establish and track key performance indicators • Implement strategic and innovative multi-platform sales plans • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives • Represent GroundTruth through thought-leadership opportunities • Develop and manage the sales budget, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and monitoring performance • Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, forecasts, and budgets for executive management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or similar relevant field preferred, but not required • 8+ years of relevant sales experience • Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team • Expert-level understanding of the mobile ecosystem and location-based data • Experience in building relationships with senior level clients • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Technical skills: Salesforce, MSFT product suite, MediaOcean/Prisma, Expensify, Clearslide, ZOOM, Slack, The LIST/Winmo, SellerCrowd, Media Radar • Flexibility in working hours and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
