📋 Description

• Support the preparation, consolidation, and review of the annual budget and ongoing financial projections (Forecast) • Compare actual results with budget and Forecast figures, assisting in identifying and explaining variances • Update and maintain financial performance reports and structure the management income statement (DRE) • Support collaboration with the Accounting team during the monthly close • Ensure the correct allocation of costs and expenses by Cost Center • Assist in preparing results materials and presentations for Management and Executive Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or a related field • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, logical functions, and manipulation of large datasets • Intermediate knowledge of income statement (DRE) structure and basic knowledge of financial accounting • Preferred: Previous experience in finance, including an internship or assistant-level role • Preferred: Basic knowledge of GCP, Azure, AWS, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or TM1 • Preferred: Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP • Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful, consistent insights • Strong attention to detail to ensure numerical accuracy and prevent reporting errors • Strong interpersonal communication skills for collaborating with and following up with non-financial teams to obtain financial information
