📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, Product Owners, and technology teams • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria • Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement • Support solution design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities • Facilitate workshops and requirement clarification sessions • Work within Agile/Scrum delivery environments • Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT / Business Analysis experience • Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience – REQUIRED • Experience working as a Business Analyst in insurance technology projects • Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Experience in policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, rating, policy lifecycle, product configuration, and insurance workflows and processes • ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated) • If you are a foreigner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC • Must live in Mexico • Visa to work in Mexico
