📋 Description
• Identify and acquire new customers among agreed target markets. • Build up and develop new key relationships with new customers. • Prepare a business plan for assigned markets which will ensure profitable growth consistent with corporate objectives. • Focus on building long-term relationships, driving direct and frequent customer interaction. • Build a Salesforce pipeline within those customers reflecting demand creating activities to meet upon agreed growth ambitions. • Provide market insights to further develop regional sales strategy. • Provide marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Engineering or related field, with at least several years’ experience in electronics industry. • Strong interpersonal skills to build new relationships and increase network. • Proactive entrepreneur mindset. • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. • Fluent in English and German. • Ability to frequent travel.
