Description

• Project Manager working on large implementation projects involving Guidewire core applications • Manage Agile IT team, stakeholders, and collaborate with business staff • Lead meetings, coach team, maintain project documentation • Manage scope, time, budget, goals, scheduling, updates, and strategy • Communicate project status to management • Utilize software like Rally, JIRA, Confluence • Assist in planning & execution strategies of application configuration • Maintain positive customer implementation experience • Facilitate meetings, issue/risk management, and stakeholder management • Identify, analyze, and prioritize project risk • Document project management best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years Project/Program Management experience • Project experience managing multi-million dollar projects • Working with implementation partners and managing large multi-functional projects • Strong leadership and communication skills • Fluent in English and German • Negotiation skills, quick learning ability, fast-paced project capability • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization • Experience working with onshore and offshore resources • Technical knowledge, decision-making skills, and effective team leadership • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization • Ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical staff and executive management • Ability to travel (up to 50%)
