Description

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects of Procure Ai's Augmented Procurement Platform • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set project timelines • Work closely with the development team and act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ensure delivery of high-quality projects within budget and specified timelines • Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation phase, including user training and change management • Continuously monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve any issues or risks

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably with technical implementation projects • Previous experience in consulting, enterprise procurement or enterprise software is a plus • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, as well as project management methodologies and best practices • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at various levels of the organization • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Fluency in English and German
