Description

• Act as a subject matter expert on London Market insurance, open market, delegated authority, and reinsurance • Provide context and perspective to Product Managers designing enhancements to products • Research industry questions and interpret insurance manuals/regulatory filings • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs • Document known issues and workarounds for release notes • Participate in Guidewire events as a subject matter expert

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in London Market insurance, Lloyd’s, or Company markets • 3+ years of experience in the IT side of P&C insurance industry • Experience with London Market delegated authority systems • Technical capacity to communicate with the engineering team • Familiarity with market placing platforms • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision • Passion for insurance, software systems, and problem solving
