• Create strategies, negotiate and close deals and sales strategies for small and medium-sized public sector clients. • Understand clients' needs and be resourceful in quickly finding solutions. • Collaborate with Wellhub's marketing/branding team to continuously improve sales assets. • Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce.com for maximum efficiency and visibility. • Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth transition for all new clients. • Constantly look for ways to innovate our sales process and product offering. • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by prioritizing your own and your colleagues' well-being. • Reside in São Paulo. • Must be able to go to the office at least 4 times per month. • Bachelor's degree completed. • Previous experience serving Public Sector clients, managing client relationships and sales—particularly with Municipal and State Governments, Judiciary and Legislative branches—is mandatory. • Ability to operate independently and leverage route management as needed. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and broad ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously. • Ability to monitor data, analyze reports, and leverage results. • Ability to analyze and improve current work processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a fast-evolving global business environment. • Experience selling HR Solutions, Wellness/Health or Corporate Benefits is a plus. • Experience using Salesforce is a plus. • Knowledge of Brazilian government laws and procedures for Public Procurement and Contracts (Law 14.133/21) is a plus. • English fluency is not required but is considered a plus.
