📋 Description

• Identify credit opportunities within Kamino’s active client base using financial, transactional and behavioral data already available on the platform; • Commercially offer and sell Kamino’s credit products — receivables financing, working capital and other financial solutions — using a consultative approach and focusing on product–client fit; • Manage the end-to-end sales process: internal prospecting within the base, qualification, proposal presentation, negotiation of rates and terms, and deal closing; • Collaborate with CSMs, AEs and the Expansion team to identify clients with the highest credit potential and design coordinated outreach; • Build and maintain the credit opportunity pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot), providing reliable forecasting and disciplined follow-up; • Help develop the processes, workflows and commercial materials for the credit operation — this is a growing area, and you will have a strong voice in defining the playbook; • Act as a bridge between the client, product team and risk/credit team, bringing field insights that help evolve the product offering; • Accompany the client through to disbursement and hand off to the appropriate team, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably with financial products, business credit, receivables financing or working capital; • Knowledge of credit products for legal entities — understands the main modalities, can interpret rates, terms, collateral and deal structures; • Familiarity with finance and fintech/SaaS segments and personas — comfortable engaging with CFOs, controllers and owners of mid-market companies; • Analytical ability to read client financial data (revenue, cash flow, receivables) and build a recommendation that makes sense for them; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Ownership mentality — this is a developing area and you will have space (and responsibility) to shape it; • Agility and resilience to work with fast cycles and multiple deals in parallel; • Humility to learn and adapt; • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own credit deal pipeline; • Results-oriented with a strong track record of closing deals; • Interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
