📋 Description

• Prospectar e desenvolver oportunidades enterprise com foco em CMO, CTO, CDO e VP Digital • Conduzir ciclos de venda consultivos: discovery estruturado, mapeamento de dores, construção de business case e negociação executiva • Trabalhar com pré-vendas e especialistas Adobe para desenhar soluções conectadas a desafios reais de negocio • Monitorar movimentos de mercado: concorrentes, parceiros e tendências de compra em Martech, Commerce, CX e IA • Participar de iniciativas de co-selling com Adobe e representar a AI/R em eventos e encontros estratégicos do setor

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência solida em vendas enterprise B2B com ciclos complexos e multiplos stakeholders • Histórico em venda de serviços de consultoria digital, transformação digital ou Martech: conhece o mercado, conhece os players, conhece os decisões • Capacidade de conduzir conversas de impacto em nivel C-Level, conectando tecnologia a resultado de negocio sem apresentar catalogo de features • Perfil hunter com autonomia para construir pipeline do zero, sem depender de inbound para performar • Residência em SP ou grande SP • Conhecimento direto do ecossistema Adobe Experience Cloud: AEM, Commerce, Marketo, Analytics, RT-CDP • Histórico em consultorias digitais, agencias enterprise ou SIs com pratica Adobe ou Salesforce • Experiencia com modelo de venda via parceiro: co-sell com vendor, deal registration e uso de MDF • Familiaridade com IA aplicada a marketing, CX ou automação de conteúdo • Inglês avançado obrigatório para interação com parceiros Adobe globais e times internos da AI/R
