📋 Description

• Own client relationships for a portfolio of large accounts throughout the client life cycle, including leading all client meetings/communications. • Ensure a trusting and valuable relationship with HR contacts by sharing the mission to improve employee health, engagement, and happiness. • Understand clients’ objectives and deliver solutions by developing client-specific growth strategies. • Drive initial client launch and ongoing strategic relaunch; collaborate with the Wellhub Wellbeing Engagement Team for implementation. • Present and implement best practice workflows and review member growth rates, suggesting growth strategies. • Collaborate with multiple teams to develop member growth strategies and deliver on client and company goals. • Analyze client data; share findings, and develop tailored communication strategies to increase user engagement. • Own the commercial agenda for clients, including renewing, expanding, and renegotiating contracts annually. • Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and those of your colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing client relationships in a client-facing position. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams creatively and efficiently. • Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external clients. • Detail-oriented with understanding of managing multiple clients/projects concurrently. • Fluency in monitoring data and analyzing reports. • Capability to analyze and improve processes in a fast-moving business environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
