Description

• Generate and send invoices to clients • Manage and track incoming payments, including verifying the accuracy of invoices and following up on outstanding payments • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to address any payment discrepancies or issues • Process credit memos and refunds • Prepare and distribute monthly statements to clients • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities related to accounts receivable • Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and analysis • Support the Americas and APAC Billing Processes

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an accounts receivable or similar finance role • Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices • Experience working with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar - NetSuite experience is a plus!) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Proficient in Office Suite • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Knowledge of revenue recognition rules and principles is a plus • Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
