• The primary mission of this role is to spearhead the EMEA channel sales strategy for 2024, concurrently fostering the development of novel channel capabilities and long-term plans. The overarching business objective centers on achieving a substantial 30% increase in channel growth, emphasizing the importance of seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Central to this mission is the alignment and empowerment of these stakeholders, ensuring their collective efforts are synergistically directed towards realizing our channel expansion goals. • As a Channel Sales Manager, your role revolves around collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships and closely working with the owner of US channels, you'll navigate interactions with sales, sales engineers, and marketing teams internally, ensuring alignment with overarching partnership strategies. Externally, you'll engage with strategic and other channel partners, aiming to build strong relationships and drive mutual growth.
• Experience building and running an ecosystem or strategic alliances in the EMEA region. • Experience in partner enablement, GTM strategies, Partner Business Planning and Account Reviews • Analytical thinking and data driven approach in order to creat actionable growth plans • Must be willing to travel throughout the EMEA regions including attendance at business reviews and ad hoc meetings • Experience with Resellers, GSI's, CSP’s, ISVs, Telco Carriers and Distribution to increase market share and grow revenue is preferred • Excellent communication, presentation, prioritization, time management and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.
